Customer Success Representative (Nimbo Marketing Suite)

We’re looking for a passionate and collaborative Customer Success Representative to join our Nimbo Marketing Suite team in Monterrey!

As a Nimbo Marketing Suite Customer Success Representative you will help shape and execute the online marketing strategies, develop and optimize highly-effective paid search campaigns in Google AdWords, with the goal of increasing our user’s client base and engagement levels.

This is a role where you will partner with Product Managers and Sales teams from Nimbo but just as importantly, work in close proximity with our client base. The ideal candidate match for our culture is a go-getter who jumps on new opportunities, gets nerdy about what they do, and works fast and flexibly to get the job done.

As a Customer Success Representative for Nimbo, you’ll handle relationships with customers, function as an account executive for physicians and clinics to find the best advertising solution for them, learn from the market’s needs and translate them into actionable sales & marketing strategies.

Your mission at Ecaresoft will be:

  • Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, social media, email and display advertising for clients
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns for our clients, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Reduce Customer Churn and Revenue retention
  • Maintain Customer Success through account management

Some of the skills and experience we’re looking for are:

  • Digital Marketing knowledge or previous experience working in a marketing agency
  • Google marketing suite knowledge (analytics, AdWords, my business, data studio and google tag manager)
  • To be Goal-oriented, hustler, dedicated
  • Experience with sales activities and / or telemarketing
  • Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
  • Awesome people and communication skills
  • Openness to receiving feedback
  • Tech-savviness
  • Willing to blend art and science

You’ll earn extra points if you have:

  • Experience in lead qualification
  • Experience with post-sale relationship management
  • Experience with contract renewals
  • Knowledge about CRM Systems like Hubspot or Intercom
