Digital Marketing Sales Representative

Monterrey | Full-time

We’re looking for a passionate and collaborative Digital marketing sales representative to join our team in Monterrey!

Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of how digital marketing works and is passionate about championing it with new markets in order to create revenue for the company. The goal is to help convert our free-trial users into paying customers through email automation, our in-chat conversations, cold-calling, creativity, and perseverance. You’ll learn how to use best-in-class tools like Hubspot and Intercom to achieve this.

We believe that the old ways of sales are not adequate for Nimbo’s clients. As a Digital Market Sales Rep, you’ll handle relationships with customers, function as an account executive for the physicians to find the best solution for them, learn from the market’s needs and translate them into actionable sales and marketing strategies.

Your mission at Ecaresoft will be:

  • To communicate effectively on the phone; close contracts once all clients’ needs have been identified.
  • Customer outreach/perform cold calls, as well as receive inbound calls from customer leads to respond to their inquiries and detail our services/packages
  • Sold Quota Attainment
  • Ensuring timely/accurate recording, tracking and reporting of sales activities and customer/competitive information.
  • To provide an accurate forecast of sales results and continuously management of sales activity – new, renewals and upsells
  • To perform a current merchant analysis of clients’ needs and provide a “winning solution”

Some of the skills and experience we’re looking for are:

  • Digital Marketing knowledge or previous experience working in a marketing agency
  • Google marketing suite knowledge (analytics, AdWords, my business, data studio and google tag manager)
  • To be Goal-oriented, hustler, dedicated
  • Experience with sales activities and / or telemarketing
  • Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
  • Awesome people and communication skills
  • Openness to receiving feedback
  • Tech-savviness
  • Willing to blend art and science

You’ll earn extra points if you have:

  • Experience in lead qualification
  • Experience with post-sale relationship management
  • Experience with contract renewals
  • Knowledge about CRM Systems like Hubspot
